How do I make a request for a ticket refund through refund protection?

All refund protection that XCover sells follows the same refund process:

Step 1 - Create an account

You need to create an account to start your refund request. Once created, you can upload documents, securely communicate with XCover and monitor the progress of existing applications.

You should visit refund.bookingprotect.com to create an account. You can use your email address or your Google, Facebook or Twitter account to do this. If you already have an account, you simply need to log in.

Step 2 - Complete the refund request

Once logged in, you need to fill out our online refund request form. This should take around 4 minutes to complete and then it’s assigned to an agent who will handle the request.

Step 3 - We review the request

We aim to complete requests within 2 business days. We will email you if any documents are missing, so it’s important you keep a close eye on your emails to ensure there’s no delay.

Step 4 - The request is finalised

If your request is approved, you can choose your preferred payment method. Payments are then issued within 2 business days and should appear in your account within 5 working days.
