We are often asked to pay out for reasons not covered by the terms and conditions. The most common cause of rejections is because the ticketholder has simply chosen not to attend or couldn’t make the event for another reason such as non-medical family issues, failure to provide a doctor’s note for illness, refusal to return unused tickets and not providing documents requested by the claims team.
