If you have not opted in to marketing emails or joined the Motorsport Tickets mailing list, you will receive important service emails regarding your order, and the opportunity to tell us how we did.
These emails include:
- Order received: Informing you that we are processing your order and working with the circuit to confirm your ticket allocation
- Order confirmed: we have allocated your tickets and your order has been confirmed
- Order dispatched: We have processed your tickets, and they are currently with our courier and on their way to you. If the event provides e-tickets, you will receive this via email. The email will contain a link or attachment containing your ticket.
- Tell us how we did: Three days after you have made an order, we will ask you to provide feedback on the service provided through the booking process. This will be an invitation to leave a star rating and comment on Trustpilot.
- Race Ready: Information regarding the upcoming event, including FAQs, travel information, timetables, maps and more.
- Tell us about the event: After the race, we will ask you your thoughts on the event as a whole. This helps us to provide better service to fans of this race in the future.
