Most commonly, tickets are etickets that are sent to you by email. Some circuits also offer box office collections for later bookings, or alternatively physical tickets although this is now rare. The delivery options for your particular event will be clearly laid out during the checkout process.
We understand you're keen to receive your tickets and we're keen to get them to you. All tickets are created centrally by the host circuit and, as soon as they are ready, we will dispatch them on to you. The exact date of this varies depending on the race and time of booking, but to minimise fraud, many circuits only release tickets two to four weeks before the event. For this reason, unfortunately we cannot provide a precise delivery date until the circuit releases your tickets.
Courier Delivery
For security and speed, tickets are dispatched by DHL Worldwide Express for delivery locations outside the UK and Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK destinations. In both cases, we will email you a delivery tracking number when they're sent and somebody will need to be available to sign for the delivery. If you are not normally at home during the day, it's no problem to nominate an alternative person/address to receive your tickets, for example, your place of work.
If you are worried about conflicting travel plans then please do let us know as, if necessary, we can arrange for the tickets to be couriered directly to your hotel/residence on your trip to coincide with your travel plans.
For international events, we also offer the option to provide your departure date during the checkout and we can monitor the release of tickets in relation to your departure. If nearer the time your tickets are not yet available, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options.
Box Office Collection
For some events we can also offer box office collection (will call) as an alternative to courier delivery. Where offered, this delivery option often only becomes available for new bookings nearer to the event date as, because of the large number of visitors, it would be impractical for the venue to offer this to all customers. Visitors will then need to attend the designated collection point over race weekend to collect their tickets.
For security, we will ask you to specify a named person and print a collection letter to present at the box office on arrival along with identification. Your collection letter is emailed to you around ten days before the event, once the collection details have been confirmed by the circuit.
E-Tickets
Most circuits issue e-tickets as an alternative to physical tickets. The e-tickets will be emailed through to you, to print out and present on arrival at the circuit. Where available, the e-ticket delivery option will be listed at the checkout.
Please be aware that e-tickets are often still only released around five days before the event so you may not receive them immediately.
Gifts
If the tickets are a gift, you may like to consider one of our gift voucher as a tangible alternative until the tickets arrive.
