For race tickets, generally we are not able to offer refunds because circuits do not allow order cancellations. However, for most events we do offer the option of Booking Protect on the checkout which provides extra cover if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend. If you have not opted for Booking Protect but do need to cancel, please contact us and we will try to help in any way we can.
