What payment methods do you accept?

When you reach the checkout, there are a number of ways you will be able to pay for your tickets.

We accept credit and debit card payments by VISA, Mastercard or American Express cards. If the address registered with the card is different to the ticket delivery address, please indicate this during the checkout process.

You can also select to pay by bank transfer. Select the option during checkout and complete the booking. You will then be shown a screen with your booking reference and our bank details. Make a payment for the amount shown to the account details, and include your booking reference as the transaction reference when making the payment. Our team will then work on confirming your booking, but they will not do this until payment has been received. If you can't find the bank details, please contact our customer service team.

We also offer gift vouchers and occasionally, promo codes. These can be used as part of the checkout process prior to payment methods being selected.

Finally, if you have made a purchase with us before, you may have earned Race Reward Points. These points equate to money off your next purchase with us, as long as you were signed in when you made the booking. To ensure these can be used, make sure you are logged in before beginning the checkout process (do not use Guest Checkout). You will then be able to apply your Race Reward Points, and earn more on the booking.
