What if I can't attend an event?

In most cases, once a booking is confirmed, we will be unable to cancel your tickets.

However, you are able to try and resell your tickets through our recommended third-party reseller Twickets here: You can use your proof of purchase via your email confirmation from us. Please note, you will be responsible for this process and we will be unable to further advise. We will still send the tickets to you as normal.
